Birthday Parties/Rentals
Birthday Parties:
Birthday parties can be scheduled during any public skate time, or during a private rental (one which you book and pay for). Birthday parties also do not require you to purchase one of the offered packages, you may provide your own food and beverages, or you may purchase quantities of pizza, cakes, and soda but you will have to pay the fee of igloo rental. Scheduling birthday parties is first come first serve: the first person to schedule will be put in the igloo, next in an alcove near our elevator, and any parties after two will be placed where we have space.

All Rentals:
The ice arena is open whenever you need it! Booking the ice and igloo are both first come first serve. We ask that you schedule ice rentals a month in advance in order for us to be prepared with staff. Additionally, if you happen to not be able to make your ice, igloo, or birthday party time, we ask that you tell us a week in advance if possible (emergencies are understood, but contact us as soon as possible). We will discuss rescheduling or just canceling altogether upon the notice of your cancellation. If it happens to be an ice rental, we will do our best to get you on our schedule within two weeks of your originally requested date, or you will be a first pick for a date during the next month (this is for staffing purposes, along with already scheduled events). Staff at the ice arena would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation with these requests, and we promise to do our best to provide the best experience for you. Igloo Rentals: (available during any public event, but must be booked

Prime Time.....................................$235.00 per hour

Non-Prime Time..............................$183.00 per hour
